Tran Son & Associates Law Firm
(“Tran Son & Associates”) is a Vietnamese law firm being
separated from the former SMC & Associates law firm founded
1995 in Ha Noi – S.R Viet Nam. The part of firm’s name “Tran
Son” is actually a short name of Mr. Tran Van Son – the
founder of SMC & Associates as well as current Managing
Partner of the firm. Tran Son & Associates is established
and operating under the Operation Registration License
No.01010025/TP/DKHD issued by the Justice Department under
Hanoi People’s Committee. According to the above license,
Tran Son & Associates is permitted to practicing laws in
both litigation and legal consultancy services.
Tran Son & Associates lawyers are well
educated and experienced in corporate counseling and in
commercial arbitration and litigation. The firm’s lawyers
are involved in providing legal services to many foreign
investment projects in Vietnam as well as in settlement of
various civil and commercial disputes for its local and
foreign clients from different countries, such as USA,
Australia, England, Switherland, Luxembourg, Italy,
Singapore, Thailand, Brunei, Hong Kong, Malaysia, etc. The
firm has established and well developed close contacts with
governmental ministries and agencies, and this would allow
